What is FM?

FMA UK - UK's National charity for fibromyalgia

If you have an enquiry regarding an order please contact the office using this form. Also please remember that the office is managed with the help of volunteers and sometimes we get a bit behind. Please include some details about your order with your enquiry.
Some larger orders are sent by Royal Mail "Standard Parcels" service and this will normally take between 3 - 10 days to arrive..

Posters / Leaflets Enquiry Form

Putting up posters in your Dr's Surgery, community centre, hospital, or any other public place helps raise awareness and helps people find out more about this condition. Some people will go to their doctors with an idea of what they are suffering from after seeing a poster or leaflet.

As part of a support group, or a sponsored event you can hand out leaflets. We can also supply collecting tins if you have a pub or other venue that will allow you to raise money for FMA UK. Select the number of posters and leaflets that you require, and give us your address and we will post them out to you. Also available are recycling bags for printer toner and mobile phones. So lets help the environment and FMA UK. We aim to get resources out in the post within a week of ordering but sometimes it does take longer.
