Praise for the FMA UK website

Nursing Standard has praised "the excellent website from FMA UK" on their website. This is a most welcome piece of recognition. The site is run entirely volunteers and it is a constant struggle to continue to feature the amount of information that we receive about fibromyalgia.  The provision of forums as a support resource would not be possible without the volunteer moderators.

Nursing Standard concludes its review with "There is no doubt that fibromyalgia can be a dispiriting condition. This site will help those in need, as well as the relatives and professionals who care for them" and this indeed summarises the purpose of the website and what the volunteers have tried to do. We continue to ensure that there is an information resource available for anyone that is interested or affected by fibromyalgia. It is here to provide support when required and sign post to other services when further support or advice is required.

Once more thanks to Nursing Standard for this recognition. You can read the review here.

To be featured on the Nursing Standard website review section they recognise that our site "is a valuable resource for nurses and healthcare professionals."
