Win a Car for just £2

fsi-mini2010The Great Big small Charity Car Draw

For small charities, fundraising events can consume time and resources that would otherwise be directed to that charity’s beneficiaries, yet that fundraising income is much-needed to ensure the continued delivery of services.  To confront this problem the FSI launched The Great Big small Charity Car Draw in 2009 to take the hard work out of fundraising events and support charities right across the UK.  Thanks to the support of Zurich Insurance and the FSI trustees, the Draw is back in 2010.

It’s a lottery for supporters of small charities (and the public) to Buy Tickets to support their cause with the chance to win a funky MINI First. FMA UK has come on board with the FSI’s Car Draw and is raising funds to support our work throughout the UK.  The proceeds of the Draw will be used to raise awareness of fibromyalgia with medical professionals, government and the general public. Click here to buy a ticket on line.

Each ticket costs £2 and 95.2% of that is for our charity – so if we sell 100 tickets that’s £190.40 you’ve helped us raise..So what does this mean for FMA UK? Below are some examples of what these tickets could accomplish:

  • 25 tickets would keep the website running for a month
  • 100 tickets would mean we can supply 130 professionals with an information booklet
  • 150 tickets would allow us to send a letter to every sitting MP to invite them to join All Party Parliamentary Group.
  • 200 tickets would allow us to send out 230 patient information packs to newly diagnosed fibromyalgia patients.
  • 1000 tickets sold would mean we could have a stand at a professional’s conference.

You can buy tickets online, through the Small Charity Car Draw Website or contact us using one of our contact forms.
