Get involved
The charity is run by volunteers. Whatever time or skills you have, we would love to hear from you.
Are you based in Paisley or nearby and could help in our office? If you can spare a couple of hours or more, please get in touch by filling out our volunteer form here.
There are various ways in which you can get involved and help FMA UK. Some of these ways are listed below. If you have another way in which you can help, please contact our head office by email at head.office@fmauk.org and someone will get back to you.
| Posters & leaflets | You can request leaflets and posters to promote awareness of both fibromyalgia and the charity. There are many places you could ask to put them, such as GP surgeries, hospitals, cafes and local shops. Please click here if you would like to request some. |
| Volunteering | Volunteering for the charity is one way you can help. Not only can you benefit the charity, but you can join a team and gain a rewarding role in helping people with fibromyalgia. We have different roles available, from taking calls on our national helpline to being a regional coordinator and communicating with support groups. Fill out our volunteer form and tell us a bit about yourself. |
| Donate or fundraise | Donations, gifts in memory and in wills, and organising your own fundraising event are on our Fundraising page. |
