The Great Run Solo Challenges

From the organisers of the Great North Run, you can walk, jog or run at any pace comfortable for you.


Weekly Distances

Distance: 7 miles.
Date: New challenge begins every Monday.
Where: Anywhere.

Complete 7 miles in total over 7 days in as many runs as you want. Begin on a Monday and finish before the deadline of midnight on the Sunday.
