How do I post an image inside a post?

This is done in a similar way to what is described above but with a couple of differences. Firstly the image needs to be on a web server not your home pc. If you want to put an image from your pc to a post, you will need to open an account at Photobucket(They are free) which can be found http://photobucket.com when you have an account with them you will need to Upload your picture to Photobucket before you can post it here.
When your image has been uploaded to photobucket (or similar webpage) then it is time to post your image in your post, so open up a reply to post or a new topic. Again under the BBC tags look for this one 
this will produce the following code [*img][*/img] now you need to put the website address of your image between the 2 code boxes. For example if i wanted to post a picture of myself, I would use the following code. [*img]http://i117.photobucket.com/albums/o74/01j01/DSCF0101resize2.jpg[*/img] which without the *'s would look like this:

All we need is the name of the Health CareProfessional and the address of their practice. We will then send a pack to their surgery addressed from us to them.

You can find a Support Group near you by contacting the Regional Coordinator for your area. If there does not happen to be a support group near you then maybe you can join with some other members and set one up. Support groups provide a social benefit as well as the opportunity to share tips on coping with fibro. They come in all shapes and sizes and we are often told how they have helped people.
