FMA UK operate several services which exist to try and help those living with fibromyalgia as well those who may have queries on the condition. Below we have listed some of our services as well as how you can use them and their opening hours.

| Welfare Benefits Helpline - Many people have questions on whether they are entitled to certain benefits or how they apply for them. | HealthUnlocked - This is an online community with over 50,000 members which acts as a forum, where you can ask questions and ask for advice and other members of the community can share their experience and advice with you. | You can join our community online by clicking here. | This forum is available 24/7 all year round. |
| Facebook Support Group - We recently launched a Support Group on Facebook which has around 5000 people involved. Similar to HealthUnlocked, it allows you to ask people for advice and for their experience of the condition and can be used to ask any question which you feel relevant to fibromyalgia. If your Health Care Professional needs some education in fibromyalgia you can request that an FMA UK Health Professionals Pack is sent out to them. All we need is the name of the Health CareProfessional and the address of their practice. We will then send a pack to their surgery addressed from us to them.

You can find a Support Group near you by contacting the Regional Coordinator for your area. If there does not happen to be a support group near you then maybe you can join with some other members and set one up. Support groups provide a social benefit as well as the opportunity to share tips on coping with fibro. They come in all shapes and sizes and we are often told how they have helped people.
